Sushi Deli 1 is one of those places where you can order a bunch of sushi rolls and not break the bank. It's not Sushi Ota but for the price, it's 100% worth it. My boyfriend and I ordered beers, an appetizer, a bento box, and 2-3 rolls and our bill was under $60. The service was super friendly and fast and we honestly enjoyed everything we ate.

Recommendations: Mussel Dynamite Appetizer, Vegetarian Bento Box, and the Dragon Roll.

90 minutes. That's how long it took to get three rolls to go tonight (I tried to get a table first, then decided to take it to go at the 45 minute mark once that clearly wasn't going to pan out). I stood in the front of Sushi Deli literally longer than the run time of Toy Story watching order after order pile up in the kitchen window without anyone running food out to customers (also, ew, the sushi was definitely getting very warm) only to then find out they'd mixed up my order. It wasn't even the employees fault, it was just wildly understaffed and I heard a server saying the owners didn't bother staffing up for a holiday weekend. Once I actually got my sushi it seemed pretty thrown together and was average at best.

Not going back, Sushi Diner all the way.

I ordered a 4 by 4 it was pretty good. The rainbow roll in the 4 by 4 in my taste did not have enough fish. Most of it was topped with avocado.
Dont get me wrong. It tasted good and I love avocado. But the there was only 1 peice of salmon and trout.
We also had a bento box. It was nice. Presented well and the chicken was very good.
The best part was the Calamari. A light fried squid. It was fried just right. Nice crunch and soft squid taste.
The service was good as well. Nothing to complain about.

Great sushi for the price! We had all this! (See pics) plus a beer all for $40ish dollars. Can't beat the quality for the price. I love the seared albacore sushimi... it melts in your mouth! Jas tried the happy hour taco Tuesday shrimp tempura taco special 1 for $3 or 2 for $5 and it was great. Unique little touch at a great price.

Our water glasses and beer glasses were icy cold  which is a total win in my book. Our server was fast and attentive especially with how busy it was and food came out wicked quick!

SUSHI DELI 1 is one of our local faves! Definitely worth a trip in especially during happy hour ($1 off drafts and selected apps)

This place can get crowwwwded!! So crowded, in fact, that they have posted a time limit on how long you can occupy one of their tables. They give you two hours...seems fair enough. There ARE a lot of people waiting for that real estate you are camped out at.

My review is based on non-sushi menu items. (I can no longer enjoy sushi due to severe food allergies.). I usually get the sesame chicken plate. It comes with a colorful salad, rice and some of the most moist crispy chicken I have ever enjoyed. They use white meat chicken that may have been brined. It is moist and flavorful. This chicken is covered in a tampura batter and fried to a nice caramel brown. The sesame sauce is served on the side.

The service is fast, efficient and pretty friendly. Your wait person will come around regularly to take additional sushi and drink orders.
